Builder will issue key to first time buyer. On Re-sale, the previous owner or Title Company should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. If the key is lost, it will be the homeowner responsibility to pay to have the lock changed.

RV Parking:
The city allows one hour only for RV street parking to load and unload. Parking of RV's in the Recreation Center Parking Lot is not allowed.
Street Parking:
Over night Street Parking is not allowed. Over night hours are 12am to 5am.
