The following is the full statement made by Prime Minister Thaçi:

With an extraordinary dedication, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is implementing all the necessary reforms in order to speed up the process of fulfilling the standards for integrating our country into the European Union.

A key role in successfully completing these reforms is played by the financial assistance made possible by the European Commission.

The financial aid offered in the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) is very significantly helping Kosovo in quickly fulfill all membership criteria.

It includes projects of up to 60 million euros; which relate to the fulfilling of political, economic and legislative criteria, all of which are in accordance with the priorities of the Government of the Republic of Kosov
