Lawrence S. Bloomberg, C.M., O.Ont.
Lawrence Bloomberg is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BloombergSen Investment Partners. A distinguished leader in the Canadian business community exemplified by Mr.
Bloomberg’s award of the Order of Ontario in 2010 and the Order of Canada in 2011.

Mr. Bloomberg began his career with Nesbitt, Thomson and Company Ltd. in 1965 and in 1979 he founded First Marathon Inc. In 1999, First Marathon was bought by the National Bank of Canada and Mr. Bloomberg served as a Director of the Bank until 2016.
In 2013 Mr. Bloomberg was inducted as an inaugural member of the Investment Industry Association of Canada’s Hall of Fame.
His leadership in the formative development of Canadian business includes serving as a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, the C.D.
Howe Institute, and the Investment Dealers Association, and as Director of the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has been a long time member of the Young Presidents’ Organization
